This beautiful home already had a well-established frontage with a picturesque hallway and bedrooms. The entire rear, however, was removed for a three-storey extension.

The new western red cedar doors and windows provided the home with character, and blended well with existing frontage. The tall ceilings and bi folds in the living room really promoted the importance of the area, as it opened onto a wide decking. One of the many pleasant exterior features are the sand walls and steps.
