This property began as a very small, two storey 1800’s terrace. The previous extensions were in very poor condition, and had not optimised the land that it is on. The original building remained intact, having been renovated with a new two-storey addition clad in mini orb.

The extensions we made were an extra two storey building built at the rear, which provided the owner with a very private space. Considering the quality of our work, the fast schedule and affordable budget, the owner was very happy with the result.
