This 4.8 metre wide terrace had seen better days. It was built on a sub standard foundation so long ago that the walls were leaning.
However the house went from very dark and gloomy, to a beautiful three storeys of brightness, with brick and colorbond mini orb surfaces. The windows and doors were either galvanised steel, or western red cedar, which provided a pleasant texture to the space.
The site area and access were very small, which proved to be a challenge to the engineer, as he required very deep piers throughout the extension.
The house was built on very tight dimensions, and there was not room for one millimeter of mistake. The experience of our team made all the difference in the successful outcome of this job.
A happy and growing family returned to enjoy their open space and extra light.
